Free Online Web Tools Available For Blogging About Your Internet Business

Many people have the opportunity to utilize an office product that checks for grammar and spelling but there are some that do not have this option.

Not to mention if you are away from your normal computer and need to post information or updates to your online business the public machine that you are using might not have all of the capabilities that your home machine has.

The important thing to know is that you do not need these tools to be installed on every machine that you are working on.

There is another way to check your work.

As we all have learned in our education as young children in school proper spelling and grammar are an essential part of writing effectively.

Spellcheck.net
is one of the tools that I continually refer to to check my spelling of individual words as well as my finished product.

It not only underlines the misspellings in my text document but it also gives me the ability to check a single word.

Even though I have a word program running on my machine it is sometimes easier and quicker to check individual words at spellcheck.net instead of opening a new window just to check a word.

I also prefer to write without all of the extra junk that they put into the word programs so I often utilize a simple wordpad or notepad.

Also remember I am trying to supply information on free tools available so that anyone and everyone can afford to begin blogging for profit.

It is not as important to have good grammar when you write as it is to have proper spelling of words, however when you write with the appropriate grammar and syntax you are able to get your point across with fewer words.

Spellcheck.net has a grammar checker built into its spell checker so it is like killing two birds with one stone.

On a final note, Spellcheck.net has five other special features that I find helpful when blogging. It has the ability to change all of your text to uppercase, lowercase, or proper case (each word begins with a capital letter) it also gives you the character and word count for your text.
